Tushar
I’m Tushar. I’ve spent years deep in offensive security: red teaming, pentesting, and working with companies to uncover their most critical vulnerabilities. Over time, I saw a pattern — too many pentests delivered too late, with bloated reports and little real impact. It felt like security had become a checkbox, not a strategy

Meghana
I’m Meghana. My background is in cybersecurity and business strategy. I didn’t come up through the hands-on side, but I’ve studied the field and helped early-stage companies design better systems and processes. I’ve worked with early-stage companies where speed, clarity, and execution aren’t optional — they’re survival. And what I kept seeing in security was a model stuck in the past: rigid, reactive, and completely misaligned with how modern teams build software. Trana is my way of challenging that. I’m here to build the connective tissue — between service and scale, between what teams need today and what they’ll demand tomorrow.
