Trana provides "The User" with access to its content, resources, and tools for communication, public forums, commerce platforms, and other services through its network of websites, "The Service". Trana provides the service to the user free of charge. The sites are owned and operated by SecureLayer7, a Company registered in Delware and Auranagabad with its registered office 28, Parason House, Jalana Road, Aurangabad. Trana may in future charge the user a fee for the use of any of the services offered. Trana provides its service to the user; subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement Trana is not responsible for providing you access facilities or equipment (in any form) to its service. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Trana Services. Trana reserves the right to change any of the terms, conditions, and notices under which "The Service" are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions including changes/modifications if any incorporated by us from time to time. Your continued use of 'The Service' constitutes your agreement to all such terms, Conditions and notices.

Trana reserves the right to Terminate/modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, 'The Service' (or any part of 'The Service') with or without notice to the user at any time and from time to time. 'The User' agrees that Trana shall not be liable to the User or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Trana hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Trana in advance. Web site's failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by a User(s) under these terms and conditions will not waive that right nor waives Trana right to act with respect with subsequent or similar breaches.

If any provision of the terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

The above mentioned terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and Trana with respect to access to and use of the web site, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
